Rio Sport & Health Club is a sports and fitness club located in Gaithersburg, Md. It features a fitness center, indoor heated swimming pool, basketball court, tanning beds, and racquetball and squash courts. The club also consists of more than 100 cardio and over 80 strength training machines. Rio Sport & Health Club provides a separate club, as well as child care services for children. The club offers after-school, aquatic, dance, karate and sports activities for teenagers, as well as various youth programs for children up to the age of 12.
