Our 30 minute workout activate all of the major muscle groups simultaneously, which has made it one Mens Healths of the top 10 workouts in the fitness industry. Our total body workout promotes proper spinal alignment, neuromuscular coordination and high calorie burn. The workout is zero impact and self regulating so all ages are encouraged to climb with us. Remember, even though our classes are only 30 minutes, our extreme workout has you working your entire body, a half-hour is all you need. We offer three different Levels.
