The center also offers X-ray and rehabilitation services, as well as service by chiropractors, massage therapists and physicians. Most major insurance providers are accepted, including PHCS, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, ChoiceCare, First HEalth and United HealthCare.
Same-day appointments are available. Referrals and not necessary. Registration forms for new patients are available via the website. Appointments and walk-ins are both accepted.
