Our Childrens Homestead offers community-based services for children who are the victims of negligence and abuse. It provides counseling and medical and foster care services, as well as offers training to foster parents. The organization maintains a foster care home that is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Our Childrens Homestead maintains a team of a case manager, clinical counselor, nurse, educational advocate and supervisor. Additionally, it provides training for the development of fine and gross motor skills, as well as offers speech, occupational and physical therapy services. The organization also provides domestic and international adoption services. Our Childrens Homestead offers respite care services and organizes various vocational and recreational activities.
