Lutheran Home is a non-profit assisted living facility. It offers services in assisted living for patients, including healthcare administration, socialization and spiritual services. It was founded in 1906 specifically to serve retired and indigent pastors and teachers. It is helmed by board chair Mary Buestrin.
Located off Howard Avenue next to Towering Woods Nature Area, Woodland Ridge Senior Neighborhood spans 14 acres and includes Crest View, High Grove, Hill Crest and Prairie Hill apartments.
