Established in 1956, the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties is a nonprofit organization that represents more than 35 hospitals and integrated health systems in the two-county area in California. Its members include rural hospitals, urban medical centers and county facilities. The organization represents over 8,100 licensed beds. The Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties has a range of health care facilities as its members, such as Alvarado Parkway Institute, Bayview Behavioral Health Campus, Continental Rehabilitation Hospital and Edgemoor Hospital.
