Quail Hill Farm is a project of the Peconic Land Trust that has been in operation since 1990. The farm is over 30 acres, and produce reaches more than 200 families, local restaurants, schools and markets. Those interested in working on Quail Hill Farm can become volunteers or pursue admission into the apprentice program.
Located in Amagansett, Amber Waves Farm is a non-profit organic farm which provides its community with educational information about food, farming issues and organic growing techniques.
