AIDS Community Services of Western New York is a nonprofit community-based organization providing medical, supportive and prevention services to the people suffering from HIV and AIDS. It provides housing, case management, transportation, nursing care services and its outreach programs provide HIV and AIDS-related materials and presentations, including printed and audiovisual information on HIV, clinical trials and medical treatments. The organization offers a wide range of educational programs for schools, including special programs for teens, SISTA that stands for Sisters Informing Sisters about Topics on AIDS, the Gay Film Society at the Roanoke and Reel Rap. AIDS Community Services has facilities in Buffalo, Jamestown and Niagara Falls, N.Y.
