Whether it’s your home or business, with my 24 years of experience with heating and air conditioning, service, repair and replacement I can effectively evaluate and work with you to resolve your HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) concerns. My name is John Kropp and I’m a lifelong resident of Paso Robles. I founded my business, Perfect Air, in 2014 with the desire to give my customers a positive experience while providing excellent service. With my many years of experience, I can quickly diagnose problems and present you with options to fix or, if needed, replace your system. While I am a licensed HVAC contractor, first and foremost I’m a service technician. I firmly believe a service technician is called to repair a system and should approach each service call from that angle. Each call is not an opportunity to sell new equipment.
I believe strongly in regular maintenance to prolong the life of your system. I am able to troubleshoot and successfully diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, both residential and commercial. I strongly believe in honesty in all aspects of my business. When you work with Perfect Air, you will only deal with me, the owner. I provide service to all of San Luis Obispo County and southern Monterey County. I have experience working with homeowners, small and mid-sized businesses, local and regional offices with the state and federal government.
