Republic National Distributing Company distributes various brands of adult beverages, including brand names such as Absolut Vodka, Bacardi-Martini USA, New Belgium Brewing Company, Sutter Home Winery and Jim Beam. Its facilities are situated on 40 acres of an industrial park complex south of Phoenix. The company maintains a fleet of temperature-controlled trucks, a 45,000-square-foot temperature-controlled wine storage area, a 12,000-square-foot bonded warehouse, a 6,000-square-foot temperature controlled keg storage area and 150,000 square feet of bulk storage for product and merchandising material. Republic National Distributing has corporate offices in the Arizona cities of Tucson and Phoenix. Soon after the United States repealed alcohol prohibition on Dec. 5, 1933, the first shipments of spirits, wine and beer arrived in Arizona in 1934. The Republic National Distributing was among the first delivery stops.
