Opioid and alcohol addiction are chronic brain diseases that respond well to treatment based in science and provided by medical experts. The CleanSlate program of care begins with individualized treatment plans for each patient. CleanSlate physicians properly prescribe a variety of outpatient addiction medications, including buprenorphine and naltrexone; and a full team of licensed medical professionals ensures that these medications are properly managed. We coordinate with additional local healthcare partners to ensure that patients receive a full spectrum of care that includes clear accountability and psychosocial interventions.
