MAX Treatment Center is located above Pilates Institute of Southern California in Manhattan Beach Boulevard. The center, which describes itself as offering alternative medicine in a spa environment, focuses on facials, waxing, deep tissue massage and microcurrent therapy.
The Pacific Acupuncture & Healing Center is situated in a tiny business strip at the corner of Manhattan Beach Boulevard and Pacific Avenue, less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean. The healing center, which is headed by Kia Sinay, is handicapped accessible and accepts some credit cards.
Chang's Acupuncture Clinic is located in a small, rustic office plaza on Manhattan Beach Boulevard. As expected, the focus here is on acupuncture to promote health and reduce stress. While Chang's Acupuncture does keep regular office hours, all visits are by appointment.
