The Harold V. Knecht Post 415 American Legion is a verarans organization. It hosts regular meetings and events, participates in community outreach programs and supports area youth. It is one of more than 14,000 American Legion posts located worldwide.

It supports and hosts holiday celebrations, community events, special dinners, bingo and movie nights and other activities. A banquet hall with a deck area is available for rental for parties with up to 100 guests.
