Dr. Oesterling is a member of professional associations, such as the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Association of Shelter Veterinarians, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. In her spare time, she serves on the advisory board for the Kendall County Animal Shelter, writes a column for the Boerne Star, and assists the local schools veterinary science programs.
