South Coast Fine Arts Conservation Center (SCFACC) was established in 1980.Our studio specializes in paintings and objects with painted surfaces. Our clientsinclude museums, auction houses, art dealers and private collectors in California and across the country. We have completed the conservation of artwork in several historic structures in Santa Barbara California. Over the past 30 years wehave worked on the art of 18 of the California Missions.Our main goal is to preserve the artwork that has been entrusted to our care. Wecarry out full examination, documentation (written and photographic) and treatmentreports for each project, geared to the clients needs.We also do collection assessment reports for institutions and private collectors.And have given several educational presentations at institutions and conferences
