Colonial Village offers one to three-bedroom apartments to rent in three story buildings.
Apartments feature independent heating/AC control, open floor plans, energy star kitchen appliances, hardwood flooring and carpeting, linen closets, and bedrooms with king-size bed capability. Community ammenities include laundry, playground, BBQ/picnic area, and high-speed Internet.
Additionally, Colonial Villiage has bi-lingual individuals on staff.
Colonial Village is located in Old Town Manassas, on the north side of Wellington Rd., about a half mile south of the Manassas Amtrak station.
This sprawling, multi-unit complex contains one to four bedroom units ranging from 608 to 1474 square feet. It is managed by Aimco, the management company that handles dozens of other apartment complexes in the area. Monthly rent at Old Town West is based on the residents' annual income, which is assessed for qualification according to a table and re-certified each year. Each unit is cable-ready with individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Pets are not permitted in the Old Town West apartment homes.
