Maintenance Design Group, LLC ( MDG ) is a niche consulting firm specializing in the programming, planning, and design of maintenance and operations facilities for the transit and municipal industry. MDG is interested in energetic people who have expertise in facility planning and industrial engineering/design to become a part of our growing team. Looking for graduate of four-year architectural or engineering program with 2-5 years experience. Ideal candidate will have a background in facility planning industrial operations. Work with vehicle maintenance equipment, or transit operations, is a plus. Position involves facility programming, writing, site master planning, drafting, specifications, field investigation, and construction document development. Ability to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required. Looking for a self-motivated individual looking for expanding responsibility. No professional registration needed. Position will require traveling throughout the U.S. Opportunity to grow with nationally recognized specialty design firm. After company orientation and training in Denver ( three to six months ), candidate will have opportunity to remain in Denver or relocate to Baltimore or Houston offices.
