Visual art classes, drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, printmaking, digital arts, art history and much more is taught here, and everybody from ages 3 to 103, and of all skill levels, are welcome. Small classes are taught by artists and art educators. Private and semi-private lessons can also be arranged. Terms begin in January, April, July and September.
Situated right in downtown Napa, Artists of the Valley Gallery is an offshoot of the Napa Valley Art Association. The gallery is a nonprofit run by the artists represented within the space as part of its duties for membership. Currently there are 52 artists represented. Works range in media from oil to acrylic paintings rendering wine country vignettes to pottery, jewelry, and paints on silk. The gallery features two artists a month.
