The Regional Art Commission (RAC) is a cultural catalyst in the St. Louis area, providing financial, technical, promotional and other support for arts organizations. RAC aims to promote and encourage art and cultural institutions in St. Louis City and County and to contribute to the economic development of the area. RAC's mission is to create an environment that nurtures artists as well as arts and cultural organizations.
