Robert Daley, founder and owner of South Hills Art Center, is primarily a portrait artist. He worked for many years as a freelance portrait artist before buying this gallery in Brookline. Daley now teaches classes in oil painting techniques and much of his work is hanging in his gallery. Daley also still paints custom portraits.

Six Senses Clay Studio is a ceramics studio with both indoor and outdoor space that has classes for beginners in ceramic arts, as well as open studio space for veteran artists. Tools and equipment are provided, as are electric, smoke, gas and raku firings. Teachers and instructors are on hand to offer advice and support. In addition to clay, drawing, paper-making and print-making equipment also are available. Art supplies, including clays, glazes and tools, are available for purchase. Six Senses is home to the NW Clay Guild, which is composed of professional and semi-professional ceramics artists. Guild members are given 24-hour access to the studio.
The Wayne Art Center continues to grow as it has during the last five years and offers programming and exhibition for adults and children. Four sessions of classes and workshops are offered each year for sculpture, drawing, painting, ceramics, stained glass, jewelry, cooking and music instruction.
