A nonprofit organization since 2005, the Center for the Arts is dedicated to maintaining arts programs in Harford County. The group supports music, dance, theater, visual and literary disciplines. Members are on a mission to "build the building," or establish a permanent arts facility comprised of classrooms, art studios, dance studios, performance spaces and a gallery. The current offices of the Center of the Arts are located in a small space in Tudor Hall. The organization invites new members to contribute an annual fee and join decision-making processes.

Harford Artists Gallery is located in the little cottage at Rockfield Manor, located on East Churchville Road. The Harford Artists' Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing the fine arts in Harford County. The art gallery features works from many local artists, including paintings, photography, digitally enhanced photo, pottery, and jewelry pieces among others. Located in the heart of downtown Bel Air, Hays House Museum was the home of a wealthy family from approximately 1788-1825. The house retains much of its early architecture and original materials. Special events are conducted at the Hays House Museum throughout the year, such as the annual Ice Cream Social, Children's Fun Day and house concerts. Reserve tickets in advance if you wish to attend the Christmas Tea and Concert. Private events can be scheduled through special arrangement.

Founded in 1885, the Historical Society of Harford County is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and preserve the unique history of the county. The public can access historical information about Harford County through the society's facilities, library, archives, artifacts, educational programs, and research efforts. The volunteer-run organization abides by the motto, "Preserving our Past for Your Future."

The Liriodendron is located in the heart of Bel Air at 502 W. Gordon Street.  This gorgeous mansion has been a part of Bel Air for over 100 years.  Once a summer home of Johns Hopkins founder Dr. Howard Kelly, it now hosts weddings and conferences, as well as an art gallery.  Surrounded by woods, the Liriodendron sits on terraced lawns with beautiful gardens and fountain areas.  Please stop by during business hours, or visit the website for more information.
