Nova Ro II Apartments was the second apartment building project by the Novato Rotary. The building was completed in 1985 to provide affordable housing for Novato senior citizens. There are 56 units in this complex, along with a shared laundry facility and courtyard area, and three of the apartments are handicapped accessible.
