The Veterans Association of North County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit comprised of over 30 veteran organizations from all branches of military services and all generations. VANC's goal is to centralize critical resources for military, veterans and their families as well as assisting with jobs, education, housing, health and family issues. VANC is currently collecting donations to build its Resource Center in Oceanside.

The Rosicrucian Fellowship is a religious retreat and the center for persons celebrating the Rosicrucian Philosophy, a Christian organization that teaches and discusses the mysteries of the faith’s art, religion and science. It’s perched on one of the most scenic peaks of the city where it has panoramic views of the ocean, valley and mountains. Located on the property are a series of buildings such as the chapel, administrative offices and dorm room quarters for guests to come on retreat. There is a prayer trail that circles the property were participants take a vow of silence for the walk.
The San Diego Coastal United Teachers Association is located on the second floor of the Courtyard Business Plaza, on the corner of El Camino Road. The association is an umbrella organization for the Oceanside, Fallbrook and Carlsbad teachers associations. The group is open to all teachers in the tri-county area. The association is a gathering space for teachers to discuss issues regarding their profession. It acts as an informal union with some of the school districts. All of the staff are volunteers. The organization also raises money for local scholarship funds and helps to host educational-related events around town.
This is the business office location for Main Street Oceanside, a nonprofit organization that is composed of local business owners and citizens. It was formed in 2000 and is headed by Rick Wright. Each month Wright and the organization meet with downtown business people, residents and the public to discuss downtown issues and events. It produces over 100 events annually to promote the downtown and beach areas of the town. They include farmers markets and sunset produce markets, the Freedom Days Parade and the annual Independence Day Parade and fireworks festival.
