Junior's Test Only Station is a large smog checking facility located near downtown South Gate. The garage is big enough to accommodate larger trucks such as Hummers and full-size pick ups.
The site has one test area and each test takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. No appointment is necessary, and tests are performed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A small sitting area with a couch, television and some magazines is available.
Goodfellas Smog is a test-only station. The large, well-maintained facility can accommodate trucks. Testing is performed on a first-come, first-served basis, and results can be delivered electronically to the Division of Motor Vehicles upon request. Testing takes approximately 10 minutes. A waiting room with couches, magazines and water is provided.
76 gas station provides a complete line of gas for all makes and models of vehicles, including those that take diesel. The station has four pumps open 24 hours that accept credit and debit cards. There is also an auto shop that offers general maintenance and upkeep services, including oil changes, battery replacements and basic engine work. The convenience store features a variety of soda and snack options, as well as free coffee served throughout the day to paying customers. An air pump is also onsite, as is fresh water and propane.
Fast Smog is a vehicle exhaust inspection shop for mandatory state inspections. This is not a repair shop and the facility is only able to run smog testing on vehicles. There are several auto repair shops surrounding the business.
Smog Check USA a large emissions checking facility that works with all makes and models of vehicles to ensure adherence to California state smog standards. The two-garage shop offers on-site testing on a first come, first serve basis. Smog test take roughly 10 minutes and can be completed while the customer waits. General maintenance services are also offered, including brake replacement, light repair and tire services. A small, air-conditioned office sits at the western side of the garage where customers can wait for their vehicle, make payments and receive free quotes. Smog test results can be automatically forward to the DMV upon request.

The facility is a state-certified testing site and offers smog tests in accordance with California State Law (vehicles six years old or older). Tests are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and take roughly ten to fifteen minutes. Payments can be made at the garage and results can be instantly transferred to the DMV upon request. A small waiting area is available for customers and features magazines to help pass the time.
M&M Technicians is a locally-owned and operated auto shop that specializes in providing electronic smog tests on cars and trucks in accordance with California state regulations. Tests are provided on a first come, first served basis and typically take 10 to 20 minutes. Results can be automatically submitted to the DMV. The shop is ASE certified and technicians are professionally trained. Basic brake and alignment services are also offered. The facility features a comfortable waiting area and English and Spanish are spoken.
Discount Smog Test Only provides California cerified smog tests in its giant garage. The garage offers pull through service as well as multiple testing stations to speed up the procedure. Tests take between 10 and 15 minutes and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Results can be printed or electronically submitted to the DMV from within the shop. Certified technicians are on site throughout the day and accept any make and model of vehicle.
