My name is Catherine & I own a gourmet cake shop called Sugary Creations. Its located at 3626 Ringgold Road Suite B (Look for our pink & purple doors!); East Ridge, TN. We offer old-timey treats such as Thumbprint Cookies & Miss Scarlett, our red velvet cake. We also sell unusual cookies like Orange Marmalade that you wont find any other place. Butter, sugar & flour are the staples at Sugary Creations -- not boxes of cake mix. I come from a family with a long line of good cooks & Im just continuing "the family tradition" as Hank would say. My great grandmother is the late Miss Mary Bobo. She ran a boarding house for most of her life in Lynchburg, Tennessee. People from all over the country & the world ate there. Miss Mary Bobos Boarding House is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. My second cousin has run it since my great grandmothers death. The cake shop is dedicated to my Jimbo who started me out on this dream a while back.
