Niekamp, Weisensell, Mutersbaugh & Mastrantonio, LLP was first established in 2001 with Chris Niekamp as one of the founding partners, and with an emphasis on serving clients in the commercial and business litigation, construction, creditors rights, corporate structure and governance, and bankruptcy arenas. Since that time we have added lawyers practicing in the areas of probate and estate law, personal injury and general litigation, real estate, banking, domestic, oil and gas, and criminal matters. Jack Weisensell joined the firm in 2004, as a partner practicing civil litigation. Steve Mutersbaugh joined the firm in 2007 as a partner practicing in the probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning practice areas. Steve Mastrantonio joined the firm in 2010, and became a partner in 2012. In twelve years we have grown from just 3 lawyers to now 10 lawyers and 12 support personnel. We have expanded the third floor offices located in the historic Nantucket Building twice. The Nantucket Building is located in downtown Akron directly across from the Federal Courthouse on Main Street and is attached to a five story parking deck with a convenient bridge to our offices. While growth can be a positive sign, we recognize that the key to success is delivering to each individual client the results desired, within budget and on time. Success is measured by client satisfaction and a repeat client base. Our mission is to provide highly sophisticated legal services while maintaining personal one on one contacts with each client.
