Chandlers Chophouse serves some of the biggest steaks and more in the midst of the scenic Schaumburg Golf Club. The company is one of a group of restaurants owned by Ala Carte Entertainment. Ala Carte Entertainment s restaurants include Pizazz Kitchen & Cocktails, Chandler s Chophouse, Moretti s Ristorante and Pizzeria, Carmalita s Mesquite Grill and Cantina, Metro Deli and Caf and Famous Freddy s Roadhouses. For more than 30 years, Ala Carte Entertainment has brought an eclectic variety of unique restaurants to the Chicago metropolitan area. It also operates numerous bars and clubs. Ala Carte Entertainment was established in 1970. Chandler s Chophouse Grille is located in Schraumburg, Ill., where it employs nearly 65 people.
