Mountain Empire Baptist School, also known as MEBS, is an educational institution that offers a range of academic and enrichment programs. It enrolls students in kindergarten through grade 12. The Christian school focuses on the spiritual development of students. Mountain Empire Baptist School has been in operation since 2001 and offers classes in mathematics, history, science and language arts. It also provides lessons in English, geography, geometry and algebra. The school offers opportunities to participate in basketball. In addition, Mountain Empire Baptist School serves students with hearing impairments through Mountain Empire Baptist Deaf School. The school operates as a ministry of Belle Meadows Baptist Church.
