Barber National is one of the largest providers of residential services in Pennsylvania. It has operated six residential group homes in the suburban Pittsburgh area since 1999. It also offers a day service program to adults with developmental disabilities. The Barber Institute is an organization that offers educational, vocational, residential and behavioral health services. The Barber Institue currently serves over 3,600 people across the Pittsburgh area. It employs more than 1,600 staff members so that it can service, aid and provide hope and oppotunities to the individuals it works with.
