The Levine family has been in the drum business since 1906, when Hyman Levine saw a need and started a wooden barrel cooperage in Los Angeles, Calif. Ted Levine Drum Company reconditions plastic drum for the west coast. The company operates two plants located in El Monte, Calif. and Mesa, Ariz. The California location has three separate production lines that include steel drums, plastic drums and intermediate bulk containers. The Arizona plant specializes in reconditioning steel drums. Its transportation fleet allows the company to transfer both raw and finished inventory between its production facilities in quantities of up to 400 drums at a time. Ted Levine also allows for customized solutions in container supply and recycling. Ted Levine Drum Co. is a member of the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association, and is able to partner with other businesses to offer nationwide service.
