Liquid Ice is a 21-and-up dance club and bar in Nanuet. The club recently underwent a million-dollar makeover that includes a host of lighting, special effects and sound upgrades. On Thursdays, Liquid Ice also hosts "Myst" which is 18 and up, 21 to drink. Liquid Ice also occasionally does teen nights exclusively for 13 to 17 year-olds, where no alcohol is served. This club can also be rented for private parties of any type.
Lexington Grille & Pub caters to the late night crowd in Nanuet. It is known for its laid back friendly service, live entertainment, and after midnight drink specials all summer long. It also offers a full menu of typical bar foods like hot wings (which are claimed to be Rockland's best), hamburgers, and pasta. There are also some healthy and gourmet choices like a pear and goat cheese salad.
The New City Diner is one of several diners in the area owned by the same family. It offers a high-end dining experience with an extensive menu that includes steak, pizza and Breyers and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. There is also a full bar and a large wine selection.
If you are a serious pool player, then Diamond Jim's is the place for you. This spot is also a bar and grill. Every year, Diamond Jim's has been represented in Las Vegas at the national APA tournament. This bar has Crown IV tables and one Diamond Pro Cut table and also can repair cues on site.
The Whistle Stop Saloon has been operating in Nanuet for close to 100 years. This pub was originally named "whistle stop," because it was originally located by a train stop which is no longer there. However, it still offers a full bar, serving several different kinds of beer and mixed drinks. It also has a pool room, darts, and a couple of pinball machines.
The Players Club is a Nanuet pub and pool hall. They offer a full bar and several 7' billiards tables. This club is open late and has become a popular night spot in Nanuet, conveniently located on Route 59 next to the Rockland Auto Wash.
