The Sports Academy is located on the corner of Sierra Drive and 23 Mile Road. This multi-use facility has two full-size indoor soccer fields and a separate indoor play area that is nearly as big. The soccer fields are perfect for training for leagues, individual teams and for other sports, such as flag football, lacrosse and golf. It offers professional training in a variety of sports, with both one-on-one instruction and group classes. So for those who want to sharpen skills individually or as a team, or are just looking for a place to hold the next special event, give The Sports Academy a call and check out the facilities.
Specializing in rehabilitation training and massage, Elite Health Services provides physical therapy services to Greenwich-area clients. Its professionals can visit a client's home or office, or clients can make use of its 5,800-square-foot facility in Old Town Greenwich. Additional services include personal training and golf performance, and the practice also runs a number of health-related community programs for schools and adults.
With seven batting cages, three pitching mounds, an arena and an arcade area, Ultimate Sports and Training is the perfect place for the sports enthusiast.
This fully air-conditioned and heated facility offers dodgeball tournaments, baseball clinics, a baseball hitting school and one-on-one individual lessons for baseball, strength conditioning and speed. The center also has batting cage. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged.
Products sold on-site include bats, gloves, cleats, pocket radar, power bags, wrist roller, combat bats as well as stadium murals.
Ultimate Sports also hosts birthday parties which include the choice of supervised sports time, arcade time, and a party room (one of three) to celebrate in. In the last two years, the center has hosted more than 3,400 parties.
We have been teaching baton classes in Napa since 1951. Dance classes were added in 1979. We also have a small store that carries dance and baton twirling supplies.
We have one major recital each year in addition to many smaller performances that include the Napa Town & Country Fair and holiday performances at various Senior homes. We also participate in about 10 parades a year throughout the Bay Area with our baton corps.
