Jumpin' Java is located in the heart of Studio City, on Ventura Boulevard. This restaurant offers contemporary California and Mediterranean cuisine with a lovely outside patio. Breakfast is served all day. The lunch menu consists of home-style cooking, healthy salads and lavash-pressed sandwiches, but they're most famous for their blueberry, banana, and apple pancakes served at breakfast and lunch. Ivy at the Shore is filled everyday and there will more than likely be a wait if guests do not make reservations.

It has Thai curries and wonderful soupy pho broths from Vietnam in either beef, chicken or pure vegetable. There are a few communal tables that can seat different parties of strangers who share the space, or for the private booking of party or business function. The music is hip, young and loud which is a big art of the fun. It's a great spot for a Saturday night date or night on the town. The space is a clean, modern open space with tall ceilings and an open kitchen where you can see and hear the crackling of the cooking woks.
