Established in 1956, Western States Oil Company is a supplier of fuel and petroleum products to customers throughout the United States and Canada. The company is one of the largest Pacific Pride franchises in the United States. Based in San Jose, Calif., Western States Oil Company owns and leases retail locations in Northern California. The firm operates from its two divisions: Gasoline and Diesel marketing, and Lubricants and Petrochemicals. It markets petroleum products to Conoco Phillips Company, Citgo Petroleum as well as other factories, car dealers and trucking firms. Some of its distributors include UNOCAL 76, Service Pro and Kendall.
