Yanagi is family-owned and specializes in traditional Japanese dishes with a modern twist. The sashimi dish, yellowtail jalapeno, is a perfect example.
The restaurant opened in 2008 but already has a number of great reviews online. Yanagi's bento and sushi lunch specials are available until 2:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Look for this restaurant at the southeast corner of Artesia Boulevard and MacKay Lane.
