About Red Lodge Books Red Lodge Books began its life as the Broadway Bookstore in 1987. It went through several incarnations ( metaphysical, used, local history... ) before being purchased by Gary & Kathy Robson in 2001. It has remained locally-owned and fiercely independent since the day it opened. Today, Red Lodge Books is a full-service bookstore, about a block away from where it started. Our focus is local, with strong sections for local history, local authors, local maps & guidebooks, local music, and so forth, but we do have a great selection of general books as welland a whole room full of used books in the back. We also carry magazines, calendars, journals, local coffee, gourmet tea, quality cigars, and other products youd expect to find in a full-service local bookstore.
