Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, located in Grand Rapids, Mich., is a botanical garden and sculpture park. The sculpture park features art works of more than 30 renowned sculptors such as Auguste Rodin, Aristide Maillol, Jacques Lipchitz, Henry Moore, Louise Nevelson and Mark di Suvero. The park is surrounded by beautiful landscape that includes trails, meandering paths and waterways. The sculpture park also has a museum that has more than 80 sculptures reflecting the Midwest styles and traditions. Additionally, the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park features more than 160 works in the permanent collection site having more than 125-acre space. It also hosts exhibitions annually created specifically by and for Meijer Gardens. The Sculpture Park and Gallery Collection also features art works by Calder, Rodin, Degas, Lichtenstein and George Segal. The Victorian Garden located within Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park features plants, such as mums, poinsettias and lilies, and sculptures that include Albert Carrier-Belleuse s Autumn Lovers, Auguste Rodin s The Kiss and Edgar Degas Dancer.
