The Home Inspector is a licensed and insured home inspection company located in Raleigh, NC. We service most of the surrounding cities including Cary, Garner, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and Clayton. Our focus is home inspections whether that be pre-construction inspections, pre-purchase inspections or post-purchase inspections. We are also licensed in radon testing. Our goal is to make the home inspection process as easy as possible. We do this by keeping an open line of communication as we believe this is the key to any type of relationship. We remember how overwhelming the home buying process was for us and how confusing the inspection terminology was. We are here to “de-Greekify” the inspection process for you and hopefully by doing this take one thing off of your plate.
