KL Martzall was founded by Kirby Martzall with over three decades of experience helping executives increase effectiveness and enhance personal life, while helping organizations embrace change, improve their business performance and truly make a difference. Kirby Martzall combines serving as CEO with 25 plus years experience in sales, management, professional services, consulting, manufacturing and adult learning. He has founded, built and sold two businesses, served on for profit and not for profit boards, and holds a masters degree from Temple University with post graduate work at the Center for Creative Leadership and Penn State University. Kirby conducts over 75 strategic sessions and implementations each year with CEOs, their direct reports and other leaders dedicated to moving their organizations forward as they focus on and craft their future. Over the course of 12 months Kirby conducts well over 200 executive 1 to 1s focusing on the business and personal agenda of the chief executive. Kirby is a South Central PA Chairman of Vistage, a member organization of over 11, 000 CEOs worldwide dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs. He is a Certified Solutions Provider for QuadRed, an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Chair of the Excellence Council in Lancaster, PA and has received the Small Business Person of the Year Award, the Quality Achievement Award and the Young Entrepreneur Award.
