When you make an order, your hardwood choices include oak, quarter sawn oak, cherry, maple, brown maple, hickory, elm, walnut and more. Then you get to choose a stain that best fits your home.
We opened in 2004 to bring well built, Amish-made furniture to the Chicago area at affordable prices. In the beginning, a friend and master woodworker made personal visits to 30+ Amish wood shops, and helped us to identify the best producers to represent. We found a great wood finisher who has continued to stain and varnish 90% of our products.
Since opening, we have expanded our hours, our delivery area, our network of Amish producers and our ability to deliver truly custom pieces.
