DiMario's is a small restaurant located on the back side of Station Street, near Tambellini's. It opens early for breakfast. Daily lunch specials are posted on its door. It carries hot sandwiches, pasta, burgers, soups and salads. A fish meal is the normal fare on Fridays, such as Cajun fish with Creole rice and coleslaw for only $8. Don't mistake DiMario's for just another bar, but consider it an old-time local restaurant.
Shouf's Coffee Cafe was established in June, 2006 by Tony Moses. It is a restaurant that offers Lebanese and American foods and offers breakfast on weekends. Saturdays are a big night, with the restaurant offering a great Lebanese specialty, raw kibbee. It also has a live belly dancer on Fridays. It accepts reservations for parties of 6 or more and has set up a "hall of fame" for frequent visitors, featured on its Web site.
