We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, and share some information about our business. Our names are Tony & Kathy Jones. Weve been in this business a long time... more than 25 years. Over the years weve seen how unethical salespeople can persuade some one to spend more money than they need to, on things that are already offered in the process but are hyped to sound like something extra. That is definitely not what were about. We started our carpet cleaning business in Oregon, then moved to Florida. Three years ago we moved to Owasso to be near family. 80 percent of our customers in Florida were elderly, who are often the most vulnerable to bait and switch sales tactics. Those clients taught us a lot about customer care. Were not concerned with the hard sell and the add-ons, so we can really focus on what needs to be done... and we have fun doing it for you! A big part of our success Is that we keep our business simple. Our process is dry foam cleaning, which we think is superior or to steam cleaning, with only two potential and very legitimate add-ons: pet odor removal and Teflon protection. Pet odors... usually urine are a common problem but can be difficult to treat with standard cleaning methods. Dri-Rite uses a specialty product which attacks the bacteria responsible for the odor at the carpet surface. When the odor is especially heavy, the padding beneath the carpet may also be injected with the solution. In rare instances, removal of the padding may be necessary in order to treat both sides of the carpet as well as the flooring material. The price for removing pet odors varies greatly depend the on the size of the area affected, the severity of the odor problem, and the number of steps required to eliminate the I odor. Dri-Rites technicians will assess the damage and pro vide a price quote before they begin work. Teflon protection is becoming the new standard for car pet and upholstery protection. Like its predecessor Scotchgard, Teflon offers protection against dry, liquid and oily soiling, as as fiber matting and premature ware. The protection results from filling fiber pores with an Invisible shield of silicone polymer, plus a special dye blocker. Many consumers dont think they need the extra protection, but consider what your furniture and carpeting cost, and how you could extend their life by 50 percent with regular cleaning and Teflon applications.
