Carrabba's Italian Grill features seafood, steaks, chicken, pizza and a variety of pasta dishes. The kitchen is out in the open so that customers can watch the chefs' preparations. Specialties include pasta weesie, which features shrimp, mushrooms and scallions sautéed in a garlic, lemon butter and white wine sauce, served over fettuccine alfredo. The dessert menu is extensive and includes the cogno di cioccolata, a rich fudge brownie brushed with Kahlua and adorned with chocolate mousse, whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
