Located on the campus of St. Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church, the St. Elizabeth Parish Catholic Youth Organization administers the South Huntington Soccer Club. Established in 1963, the St. Elizabeth Parish Catholic Youth Organization runs soccer programs for players aged three years and older. St. Elizabeth Parish Catholic Youth Organization has several different divisions to accommodate all types of players.

Built in 1962 on farmland, St. Elizabeth's has been in the South Huntington community for almost 50 years. Since its inception it has undergone considerable transformation, adapting to the changing nature and needs of the community.
