New Community Corporation, also known as NCC, is a nonprofit community development organization. Formed in 1968 by Monsignor William Linder, it offers help in the areas of financial literacy, budgeting, banking, food stamps, health care, employment, energy conservation, rental assistance, homelessness and inpatient substance abuse. The Woman's Club of Red Bank is located at the historic site of the Anthony Reckless Estate. Its mission is to support literacy and it hosts programs and fundraising events to support its cause. Its site is being partly preserved through a grant from the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs via the Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund. The organization also raises funds to restore the house.
