Community Enterprises is a human services organization providing employment assistance to welfare recipients and people with disabilities. The organization receives state funding from the Department of Developmental Services, the Department of Transitional Assistance, and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. Individuals are referred here by state agencies.
The Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting parents throughout Montgomery County, northwest District of Columbia and northern Virginia. The Gan Yeladeem Learning Center is a Jewish pre-school that offers child care, Jewish curriculum and literature, math, science and social studies programs. The school works to develop behavioral and motor skills in children. Kids get break and play time, music education, summer camps, physical activity and arts and crafts. Parents can sign their children up for after-hour care and individual and family counseling.
