The Cathedral of Saint Philip Thrift House has been an important ministry of the Cathedral of Saint Philip since 1949. It sells a wide variety of donated items, including clothing, toys, furniture, kitchen and household items and books. All profits are distributed to benefit the needy.
The Tabernacle in Downtown Atlanta is an epic music institution adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park. Best suited for adults, this mid-sized concert venue, part of the Live Nation family, allows for more intimate performances than your typical stadium and has hosted some of the biggest musical acts of the past 30 years.

The Tabernacle does not own any of the lots, but discounted parking is available at the 100 Luckie Street deck. Parking vouchers can be purchased online in advance when buying your event tickets. This is a beautiful, thriving Jewish temple located in Sandy Springs. It has 800 members in the congregation. It is open on Sunday for religious school, Friday night services are at 8pm, and there is a shabbat service on a Saturday morning at 10am, and once a month there is a congregational dinner followed by service. It has a large social hall, which is available for rental. It also offers study groups, choir and music programs, youth programs, preschool, and missionary programs. Beverly Brown is the executive director. It has been at this location for the past 30 years and it is the only synagogue in Sandy Springs. The Senior Rabbi is Julie S. Schwartz.

Affiliated with Emory University, Drepung Loseling is the North American seat of the monastery in India and is honored with the patronage of the Dalai Lama. The Holy Innocents' Episcopal School campus sits comfortably beside Mount Vernon Highway. Its elementary, middle and high schools have small classes of no more than 18 students.
