Located in New Ulm, Minn., Martin Luther College has been operational for more than 100 years. Owned and operated by the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, the college enrolls more than 1,500 students annually. Founded through merger of Dr. Martin Luther College and Northwestern College, it has a faculty of more than 100 Christian educators. It is approved by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Martin Luther College offers courses in a wide variety of areas, such as theology, preaching, Christian education, Old Testament, New Testament, missions, and Christian Ministry. Founded in 1999, St. Anthony Elementary School provides Catholic educational programs to students in pre-kindergarten through grade four. It offers classes in English, science, math and reading. The school also provides lessons in physical education, music, art, computer applications and Spanish. St. Anthony Elementary School administers after-school and accelerated readers programs. St. Anthony Elementary School also organizes Christmas parties, art shows, concerts, field trips and musical programs. The school features a computer lab and cafeteria.
