The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of government in the city. The Municipal Court has responsibility for motor vehicle traffic violations, disorderly criminal offenses, municipal and county ordinance violations, certain penalty enforcement codes, and health code violations.

Court is held every Wednesday at 9am. Night Court for first appearance is the first Wednesday of the month at 4pm.
