Located in the office building on the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and South Beverly Drive, the French Government Tourist Office provides visa and document legalization services for those traveling to France for school, work or residency. The consulate also carries information regarding the country's tourism, business and trade.
The City Manager's Office is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing programs in accordance with the City Council's directives. The office operates with the goal of promoting efficient and cost-effective operations that meet both the present and future needs of the community.
The current city manager is Jeff Kolin. He was appointed by council in January 2010. Mahdi Aluzri serves as the assistant city manager.
This is the home office and studio of Soul City Music, a private record collection that is housed in a warehouse in nearby Studio City. The owner has amassed a collection of over 2 million record albums. Many of them are from the earlier recordings when the record first appeared. The owner is looking for a single investor to purchase the entire collection because the albums contained in the warehouse show the complete history of the music recording industry. He has created River Music, where other collectors, historians and musicians may come and listen to a recording from the collection. This is a private office and is accessible by appointment only.

The Beverly Hills Safety Support Personnel Association (also known as BH Safety) is a government-run division with offices located in the historic City Hall Building. BH Safety oversees workplace safety for all businesses in the Beverly Hills area to assure that safety laws are followed and that employees are offered proper assistance following accidents.
This is the business office for the US-GCC Economic Project, a United States federal government program that was formed in 1981. It was established by the U.S. Commerce Department to deal with issues between the U.S. government and the GCC, (the Gulf Cooperation Council), which included members of the Middle Eastern oil producing countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Together, the committee discusses and coordinates foreign policy, defense, security planning and economic stability in the oil/gas market. The office was established in Los Angeles because many members of the GCC have homes in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas.
The Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles is located on the southeast corner of Wilshire and La Cienega boulevards. The consulate offers document legalization services for those traveling to Brazil for school, work or residency. It also provides visitors with information regarding Brazilian tourism, business and trade.
Visa services are available on non-holiday weekdays from 9am to noon (for applications by appointment and visa pick-ups) and from 2pm to 3pm (for pick-ups), with a processing time of up to ten business days. Visa services are by appointment only and the consulate does not accept or return applications by mail.
The Beverly Hills City Treasurer manages the assets and investments of the city of Beverly Hills. The current city treasurer is Eliot M. Finkel. Mr. Finkel works alongside the city's Investment Committee, which annually reviews and updates the city's investment policy.
Street Maintenance is a division of the Beverly Hills Public Works and Transportation Department. The street maintenance program includes teams that deal with signals and lights, signage and paint, street and sidewalk repairs, road markings and infrastructure maintenance. The division also coordinates with Southern California Edison in maintaining the City's 5,500 streetlights.
